Thank you for supporting my small, one-person business. Please review the return policy below before completing your purchase.
Macramé Items (Non-Returnable)
All macramé items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
Because each piece is handmade and often made to order, I am unable to accept returns due to personal preference, sizing, color variation, or other non-defect reasons.
Damaged or Lost Packages
I take great care in packaging every order. However, once a package is transferred to the shipping carrier, it becomes their responsibility.
If your item arrives damaged, missing, or significantly delayed, you must file a claim directly with the carrier used (typically USPS, UPS, or FedEx).
I’m happy to provide any information needed to assist with the claim, but I cannot issue refunds or replacements for items damaged in transit.
Returns for Non-Macramé Items
I accept returns on non-macramé items only under the following conditions:

Return request is made within 30 days of delivery.

Item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging.

Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and must be returned in the same protective packaging so the item returns to me in perfect condition.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.
I reserve the right to refuse a return if the item shows signs of use, wear, or damage.
Exchanges
At this time, I do not offer traditional exchanges. If you need a different item, please request a return (for eligible items) and place a new order.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase as long as they have not yet shipped. After this period, orders cannot be canceled.
